cocktail recipe
the iconic pellegrino
muddle 2 lemon wedges with 1/4oz simple syrup
add 2oz organic lemon vodka
add splash of pineapple juice
shake and strain over fresh ice into collins glass
top with sparkling water (pellegrino if you have it ;) )
garnish with star fruit because you're a star, baby!
